Job Description
As a Junior Graphic Designer reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the creative team and contributing to the visual identity of the Tina Davies brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and imaginative designer to work on diverse projects, including emails, educational materials, product packaging, print content, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively on design projects, contributing from concept planning to asset delivery.
  • Create original design pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  • Support and collaborate with our senior graphic designer and creative team.
  • Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across various marketing projects.
  • Liaise with the marketing and design teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and advancements.
  • Assist in fast-turnaround design requests for various marketing channels (emails, web, social, etc.).
  • Organize and manage assets in the internal shared drive.
  • Contribute to the planning, production, and creation of photographic and video assets for marketing purposes.

Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic design work.
  • proficient with design software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • Ability to work iteratively and methodically to meet deadlines.
  • Additional skills and competencies:
  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
  • Photo retouching and motion animation experience.
  • Interest or experience in the beauty and fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana and Miro).
  • Knowledge of AI tools (e.g. Midjourney).
