Responsibilities

  • Design on-brand graphics for social media (static posts, ads, carousels, stories).
  • Create visually appealing email newsletter layouts for various brands.
  • Develop digital marketing assets, banners, templates, and promotional materials.
  • Edit and prepare short-form video clips when needed (Premiere Pro).
  • Work with provided content or adapt/format text into polished, on-brand layouts.
  • Collaborate with the Reel Space team while managing your own time and deadlines.
  • Deliver final files according to brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Stay updated on current design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Skills

  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns and creating assets tailored for various platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva for quick-turnaround design work.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong creativity and design sensibility.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
  • Experience designing social media visuals and email newsletters.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work (required).
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.

Contract Details

  • Part-time contractor role
  • Flexible hours (15 to 20 hrs/week)
