Join a forward-thinking team committed to pushing the boundaries of web aesthetics and functionality, ensuring every digital touchpoint is optimized for impact and accessibility.Develop compelling visual designs for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Wordpress.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize user flows and interface layouts that enhance usability and engagement.Implement responsive web designs that adapt seamlessly across devices using wordpress.Collaborate with developers to translate design concepts into functional front-end code while maintaining consistency with brand identity through logo design, typography, and layout principles.Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by applying best practices in content structure, metadata, and web accessibility standards.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform iterative design improvements.Manage website maintenance tasks including updates, content management system (CMS) integrations like WordPress, and troubleshooting technical issues.Incorporate motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to create engaging visual effects that enhance user interaction.Ensure web accessibility compliance (WCAG) standards to make digital content accessible to all users.Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing, UI/UX design, front-end development, and emerging technologies like or Redux for advanced interactive features.Requirements>Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics creation.Strong proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Wordpress.Experience with content management systems like WordPress for website management and updates.Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability best practices, information architecture, wireframing techniques and responsive web design strategies.Familiarity with web analytics platforms including Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to analyze user behavior data effectively.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.Data analysis skills to interpret website performance metrics and optimize user experience accordingly.Experience working with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development workflows.
