We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Furniture Store Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our furniture store. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding and purchasing the perfect furniture pieces to meet their needs and preferences. We are hiring at our Woodbridge and Newmarket locations, and are seeking a candidate who can work at either location, or both, as required.

-Base rate + competitive commission rates provided

-Previous sales experience required.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

-Proficiency in English is required. Ability to speak another language is an asset.

-Strong product knowledge and understanding of different furniture styles, materials, and construction techniques, is a strong asset.

-Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

-Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

-Proficiency in using a computer and google sheets, and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

-Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail seasons as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
