**Position Overview**

As a **Sales Associate**, you will drive revenue growth by developing & managing accounts in Surrey, B.C., and outside Surrey. This full-time, permanent position involves direct sales, client relationship management, and fieldwork, making it ideal for enthusiastic individuals ready to make an impact in a dynamic industry.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Sales**: Present and sell our South Asian food products to retailers, restaurants, and food outlets through regular market visits, converting prospects into loyal customers.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client partnerships through in-person meetings and follow-ups tailored to their needs.
- **Business Development**: Identify new opportunities across British Columbia, particularly outside Surrey, to expand our market presence.
- **Product Presentation**: Showcase our products’ unique qualities, helping customers find solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer concerns, such as complaints or returns, promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with marketing and logistics teams to align sales efforts with company goals, sharing field insights to inform strategies.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing feedback to management.
- **Event Representation**: Participate in trade shows and events to enhance ITN’s visibility and network with industry professionals.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Preferably Graduate. Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Sales Performance**: Enthusiasm to learn and achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is beneficial but not required.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse clients.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to address challenges and adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend events or market visits.
- **Eligibility**: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
