Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. A strong focus on food safety and sanitation practices is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and other surfaces.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have regarding food items.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing assistance as necessary.
  • Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to maintain a safe dining environment.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Proficient in cash handling and cashiering processes.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to ensure cleanliness.
  • Experience in food handling within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
  • A willingness to help team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
