**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and other surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have regarding food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing assistance as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to maintain a safe dining environment.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering processes.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to ensure cleanliness.
- Experience in food handling within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
- A willingness to help team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
