About The Role
This person needs to be able to lead initiatives from creative development through delivery across multiple accounts. Supporting Account Directors and Group Account Directors, also will partner closely with Strategy / Creative / Production to ensure holistic project success. This person will be the main point of contact for Manager Level Clients but must be comfortable interacting with more senior clients.

What You'll Do
Day to Day Operations
- Manage several projects at once and project timelines with little oversight
- Lead internal and external meetings with day-to-day clients
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to strengthen the work and find ways to pull it off
- Potential opportunities to manage Account Coordinator and Account Executive on smaller to mid-sized projects, providing mentorship and real-time feedback. Contribute to annual reviews and growth plans for Account Coordinator and Account Executive
Finance
- Write scopes of work and fees for small projects; monitor scope for scope creep and support with scope reconciliations
Production
- Pushes productions forward and is comfortable managing the production process. Maintain production costs and manage production ballparks and budgets with producer and clients; Is learning to understand business affairs risk and how to manage with Group Account or Account Directors.
- Partners with business affairs to understand associated risks; flag potential watch-outs by leveraging the knowledge of client's business
- Responsible for prepping larger video productions and supporting Account Director and Group Account Director with larger video productions
- Manage edit and post-production process
- Lead medium to large brand acts and activations
- Work with clients to help tell the data story for a case study/awards submission with support for AD's/GAD's
Salary:
$70,000 - $85,000 CAD, depending on experience
