RÔLE
Nous recherchons un.e Conseiller.ère motivé.e, à l'aise dans un environnement créatif et aimant la diversité, pour travailler sur plusieurs comptes clients dans les secteurs du commerce de détail, de la mode et des services financiers. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec nos Superviseurs et de comptes afin de soutenir des initiatives clés dans un environnement dynamique et rythmé. Votre envie d'apprendre et votre esprit collaboratif seront des atouts essentiels.
En tant que Conseiller.ère, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe, en travaillant main dans la main avec la stratégie et la création pour comprendre les besoins des clients et contribuer à donner vie aux idées. Vos responsabilités dépasseront la simple coordination au quotidien : vous participerez également aux présentations clients, soutiendrez les efforts de développement des affaires et contribuerez à entretenir les relations solides qui font avancer notre travail. RESPONSABILITÉS
- Soutenir de compte dans le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes et la réussite des campagnes clients.
- Développer et maintenir des relations de confiance avec les clients, et collaborer efficacement avec les équipes internes (création, production, stratégie et technologie).
- Gérer les attentes des clients en cherchant activement à comprendre leur activité, leurs objectifs et leur secteur, afin de proposer des solutions sur mesure.
- Superviser les budgets et les échéanciers des campagnes 360, avec un accent marqué sur le digital, les réseaux sociaux et les approches innovantes.
- Assurer la coordination entre les équipes créatives et de production pour garantir une livraison ponctuelle et de haute qualité.
- Veiller à un contrôle qualité constant, incluant la relecture et la formulation de retours durant le processus de développement créatif.
- Identifier et anticiper les défis ou obstacles potentiels lors des projets, en proposant des solutions innovantes lorsque nécessaire.
- Rédiger des briefs tactiques clairs et contribuer à l'élaboration de briefs stratégiques.
- Traduire les besoins des clients en étapes concrètes et compréhensibles, avec une communication claire et rapide entre les différentes parties prenantes.
- Prendre en charge les tâches administratives (comptes rendus de réunion, rapports d'avancement, facturation) pour assurer l'organisation et le suivi des comptes.
- Faire preuve d'un jugement dans toutes les interactions, en veillant à ce que la communication avec le client soit claire et professionnelle.
EXIGENCES
- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent.
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience en agence ou en marketing.
- Solide sens des affaires et compréhension des dynamiques propres aux agences.
- Expérience dans le soutien de campagnes intégrées incluant le digital, les réseaux sociaux, l'impression et le contenu vidéo.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion multitâche, avec une approche proactive et opérationnelle.
- Sensibilité culturelle et passion pour la culture pop et les tendances.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication écrite et orale.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet.
- Maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est requise. Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour travailler avec des clients et collègues nationaux et internationaux (50 % du temps) est également requise.

ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive who thrives in creative environments and enjoys variety, to work across multiple client accounts spanning retail, fashion, and financial services. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Account Supervisors and Directors to support key initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your eagerness to learn and collaborative mindset will be essential assets.
As an Account Executive, you'll be a vital part of our team, working alongside strategy and creative to understand client needs and help bring ideas to life. Your responsibilities extend beyond day-to-day coordination; you'll also contribute to client presentations, support business development efforts, and help maintain the strong relationships that drive our work forward. Most importantly, you're passionate about strong creative and driven to make sure every project delivers impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Account Director in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the successful execution of client campaigns
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, and collaborate effectively with internal teams (creative, production, strategy, and technology)
- Manage client expectations, proactively seeking to understand their business, goals, and industry to provide tailored solutions
- Oversee budgets and timelines for 360 campaigns, with a strong focus on digital, social, and innovative approaches
- Lead coordination between creative and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work
- Ensure consistent quality control, including proofreading and providing feedback during the creative development process
- Identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks during projects, proposing innovative solutions as needed
- Write clear tactical briefs and contribute to the development of strategic briefs
- Translate client needs into actionable and digestible next steps, providing clear and timely communication across stakeholders
- Take ownership of administrative tasks such as conference notes, status reports, and invoicing to keep the account organized and on track
- Demonstrate sound judgment in all interactions, ensuring that client communication is clear and professionally delivered
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1+ years of agency or marketing experience
- Strong business acumen and understanding of agency dynamics
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns including digital, social, print, and video content;
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Culturally savvy with a passion for pop culture and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Fluency in spoken and written French is required. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to work with national and international clients and colleagues (50% of the time) is also required.
