Manager, Program Management

Position Summary...

This role oversees departmental operations, ensuring program implementation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies.

What you'll do...

*This role involves the implementation of program plans, changes, and solutions by communicating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust. Responsibilities include prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis, ensuring resolution, monitoring execution and milestones, tracking high-level deliverables, and preparing weekly performance reports.

The role coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. It supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifies and communicates goals and objectives, builds accountability, measures progress, identifies improvement opportunities, and promotes continuous learning.

Evaluating program performance involves comparing projections to actual results, analyzing key performance indicators and trend data, conducting return-on-investment analyses, reviewing customer feedback, addressing cross-functional program issues, and collaborating with teams to increase service and product capabilities. Recommendations for adjustments and process improvement ideas are presented to leadership to meet deliverables.

This role provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness. Compliance with company policies and procedures is ensured by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing guidance on business processes and practices. Complex programs are executed by prioritizing issues, providing presentations, managing stakeholder expectations, and developing performance reports.*
In this cross-functional role, you'll have the unique opportunity to interact with teams across the entire organization. Your mission: drive business enablement and internal adoption of Scintilla by empowering Merchants and key partners through impactful training, engaging showcases, and strategic content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and team training sessions for Merchants and Cross-Functional partners on Scintilla
• Host "value add" sessions with Business Enablement for new launches
• Collaborate with Marketing to create and share case studies, testimonials, and content across the Sales Kit, Marketing Site, and LinkedIn
• Plan and host full organization showcases highlighting Scintilla's value
• Support and train Walmart Connect, Marketing, Merchant Operations, and eComm teams
• Manage and update resources and the Scintilla HUB
• Present to large audiences (300+ participants) in various forums
• Track and report on key KPIs: user adoption, engagement, reports run, office hour attendance, teams onboarded, ROI, and content engagement metrics

Who You Are

• Personable and comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
• Experienced in change management and project management
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Skilled communicator, both written and verbal
• Familiar with business enablement, training, and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business enablement, business development, or related fields
• Background in project management
• Experience with content creation and marketing collaboration

The pay range for this position is $91, $126, Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
