What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy office team
- Draft, edit, and format documents, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Prepare and review forms, agreements, and other documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle phone and email communication with professionalism
- Support basic legal administrative tasks (training provided if needed)
- Assist with data entry, records management, and general office duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of administrative, office, or legal assistant experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs
- A positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working fully in-office
