**Job Title:** Immigration Consultant **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients navigating the immigration process. Your role will involve assessing eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions. - Prepare and submit immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents accurately and in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate advice is given to clients. - Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the immigration process. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case statuses for reporting purposes. - Collaborate with legal professionals when necessary to address complex immigration cases. **Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Word for preparing documentation. - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with database management systems such as Access. - Competent in using Windows operating system for daily tasks. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously. - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is advantageous. - Proficient in using Outlook for communication and scheduling. - Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. - Analytical skills to assess eligibility criteria and immigration options.
