Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Mutual Fund Representative. The role involves working with clients to provide tailored financial guidance, recommending suitable mutual fund products, and assisting with portfolio management. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, educating clients about investment options, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Mutual Fund Representative will also be involved in supporting clients through financial planning processes that reflect their unique goals and circumstances.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Investments, Mutual Funds, and Portfolio Management
  • Knowledge in Finance and financial planning principles
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Licensing as required for mutual fund practice in Canada or willingness to obtain it
  • Previous experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related fields is an asset
