Every call you make could help a struggling worker, newcomer, or student discover a clear path to financial stability and purpose.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Outbound & Inbound Sales

· Call, qualify, and follow up with leads from Facebook, Google, and event campaigns.

· Handle inbound calls from interested students with professionalism and persuasion.

· Ask the right questions to uncover goals, challenges, and readiness to enroll.

Appointment Setting & Follow-Up

· Schedule appointments with prospective students for our Admissions Counselors.

· Follow up consistently via phone, SMS, and email to maintain momentum.

· Keep CRM notes clean and ensure every lead is touched with purpose.

Target Achievement & Conversion

· Meet daily and weekly call/appointment targets.

· Convert interest into booked consultations and successful enrollments.

· Provide feedback on campaign performance to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.

Student Relationship Management

· Build trust and credibility with every conversation - be the first impression of IMTT.

· Guide potential students through their decision-making process with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

What You Bring to the Table

· 2+ year experience in sales, or admissions (education industry preferred).

· Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive.

· Resilient mindset - you don't take "no" personally; you see it as "not yet."

· Organized and proactive - you follow up relentlessly and love hitting your numbers.

· Empathetic but assertive - you can connect emotionally and still close decisively.

· Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.

· Availability to work Monday to Saturday (in-person at Mississauga campus).
