Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Tagalog, and have a passion for helping others. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in customer relations, data entry, and sales while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
  • Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and records
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and issues to suggest improvements in service delivery
  • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Tagalog
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and inquiries

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Tagalog is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for serving diverse customer bases

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
