**What You'll Be Up To**:

- Be our pizzeria’s ambassador, always shining with professionalism, and an infectiously positive attitude
- Welcome customers to Pyro Pizzeria with warmth and enthusiasm, guiding them through our menu options and assisting with their orders.
- Champion our commitment to top-tier customer service - answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure our customers leave satisfied.
- Juggle multiple roles - from processing transactions to upselling delicious dips and refreshing drinks, all while working efficiently in a fast-paced, hot environment.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of our pizzeria, staying attuned to customer flows and needs.
- Participate in store-wide meetings and activities to contribute to the success of Pyro Pizzeria.
- Embrace the dynamic nature of our pizzeria - from supporting other team members to mastering various in-store roles.

**Skills We Admire**:

- A wizardry knowledge of store procedures and our menu offerings, with a keen eye for suggestive selling.
- Ability to inspire and educate peers with an encouraging spirit.
- Stellar communication and leadership chops.

**What You Should Bring**:

- 12+ months of retail or hospitality experience, preferably in a busy restaurant setting, and a passion to learn and grow.
- A commitment to adhere to our pizzeria processes, food safety standards, and all the exciting policies that ensure we run a smooth operation.

L’OCA Quality Market is an emerging specialty grocer and gourmet food retailer in Canada whose purpose is to “Spread the Love” by delivering a world-class food experience. Each location is comprised of a full artisanal market experience, including full-service restaurant(s), where traditional artisanal craftsmanship and service on the front end meets new world technology and innovation on the back end. A revolutionary purchasing and org structure, supported by custom technology, allows us to leverage efficiency across the business unit to drive scratch perishable production, massive prepared foods selection, full carcass meat programs, and world class service in a cost-effective format. There is also a special place in our hearts for quality local and Canadian products and we aim to deliver positive change to the food chain through a focus on local sourcing and private label partnerships. We are currently laying the groundwork for a national chain focused initially on western Canada. Our first location is 48k square feet, and located in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
