**Position Overview**

CR Concrete Lifting is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will play a critical role in both operations and sales—and most importantly, will be the champion of our Customer Journey Experience. This role is the heart of communication between our customers, field technicians, and leadership team.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
- Owning the Customer Journey: From first inquiry to project completion, ensure each customer has a smooth, informative, and supportive experience.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Book and manage appointments for customers and field teams.
- Team Support: Join morning production meetings and provide ongoing support through the operations group chat.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Operations Leader with documentation, data entry, and day-to-day execution.
- Sales & Follow-Up: Support inside sales by following up on leads, booking jobs, and sales follow up process.
- Marketing Contribution: Plan and execute marketing efforts on social media channels.
- Communication Flow: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure consistent updates between teams.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong problem-solving skills - able to stay calm, resourceful, and efficient under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable using scheduling and CRM tools
- Familiar with marketing and social media tasks
- Works independently and collaboratively with field and leadership teams
- Experience in customer service, administration, or inside sales preferred

**Role Highlights**
- Reports to: Operations Leader
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am
- 4:30 pm w/ 1 hr lunch break
- Compensation: $18- $22/ HR (April to November)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
