This technology company is expanding its sales team and is looking for an experienced Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team. You will play a key role in driving growth in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

Position Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage the complete sales process for the company's largest clients. You will work closely with C-Level executives to understand their business challenges. Your role is crucial for closing complex deals and driving both new business and account expansion. You will directly contribute to the company's growth by helping customers achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts.

  • Develop relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

  • Navigate complex deals with multiple decision-makers.

  • Drive both new business and customer expansion opportunities.

  • Become an expert on the company's AI product and its value.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise.

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

  • Experience closing deals from $20k to $100k+ in annual revenue.

  • Skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot.

  • Experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) model is a plus.
