Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and guiding them through solutions efficiently.
  • Process transactions such as data entry, order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer support software.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products/services when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client support quality.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear understanding and positive engagement at all times.
  • Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Support clients in navigating digital platforms or self-service portals to empower their independence.

Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required along with additional languages preferred.
  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with active listening capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining integrity.
  • Knowledge of call center best practices including call etiquette, analysis skills for customer trends, and problem-solving techniques.
