Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and relationship-focused Builder Delivery Coordinator to support our network of builders, contractors, and delivery partners involved in the installation and servicing of water heaters and HVAC equipment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in builder operations, logistics coordination, and partner support within the home construction or HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for builders and contractors, ensuring seamless coordination of equipment deliveries and installations.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to builder partners, helping them understand delivery schedules, installation protocols, and program requirements.
- Manage day-to-day logistics of equipment delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment to construction sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve delivery issues, delays, or site-specific challenges.
- Ensure all builder documentation (e.g., delivery receipts, installation confirmations, site readiness forms) is complete and compliant with program standards.
- Maintain accurate records of builder interactions, delivery schedules, and installation outcomes.
- Address and resolve builder concerns related to delivery timing, equipment availability, site access, and installation quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure builder satisfaction and timely problem resolution.
- Track builder engagement, delivery success rates, and installation timelines.
- Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and partner experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline builder delivery workflows and improve coordination tools.
- Contribute to the development of builder-facing resources and documentation that enhance clarity and reduce friction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in builder operations, logistics coordination, or HVAC/home services delivery.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction site protocols and builder expectations is a strong asset.
