What you'll need to have
•A University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience demonstrating effective performance in retail or logistics roles.
- 1-2 years of experience in overseeing personnel, with a focus on enhancing business outcomes while supporting team dynamics.
- Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and the ability to meet agreed budgets and goals.
A day in your life with us
•Guide the Fulfilment Operations group in the designated zone to guarantee optimal goods availability and operational preparedness while minimizing expenses.
- Find, engage, and support team members in the Fulfilment Operations group to promote diversity and build a capable workforce for future needs.
- Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda within the assigned unit operations environment.
