We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Cleaner with at least 6 months to 1 year of commercial cleaning experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, excellent work performance, and a positive attitude.

Schedule:

  • Friday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (6 hours)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8 hours each day)
  • Meet at the Mayan Cleaning Services office at the start of each shift
  • Company vehicle provided for work assignments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites
  • Perform detailed cleaning in offices and commercial buildings, including:
  • Surface sanitation and dusting
  • Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping)
  • General housekeeping tasks
  • Maintain a neat and organized work environment
  • Follow a written schedule or duty list for each location
  • Interact with clients to meet specific cleaning needs
  • Use proper cleaning techniques and adhere to safety standards

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • 6 months to 1 year of cleaning experience (commercial preferred)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must pass a background check
