Hopedale Dental is currently seeking a dedicated and organized
Hygiene Coordinator
to join the team on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent. This is a key role focused on optimizing the hygiene schedule, supporting patient care, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

We are looking for a team member who is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage and coordinate the hygiene schedule to ensure efficiency and optimal patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records using dental practice management software

*Qualifications:*

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Hygiene Coordinator in a dental practice (required)
  • Proficiency with dental software such as ABELDent and Tracker (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
