We are growing rapidly and is looking to add extra accounting staff. If you are interested in this on-site accounting position, please forward your resume and covering letter with salary expectation.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

· 2 years of accounting experience

· Completed a 2 years accounting program

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Punctual and reliable

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Detail oriented

Duties include, but not limited to:

  1. Full cycle Accounts Payable (matching invoices, getting approval, preparing cheques, and cheque runs), Accounts Receivable (collecting rent roll, vendor/tenant management, processing payments), petty cash reconciliation

  2. Maintain property management accounts

  3. Bank accounts reconciliation

  4. Intercompany accounts reconciliation

  5. Government filings such as GST, PST, Parking Taxes

  6. Preparation of CAM budgets and reconciliations

  7. Preparation of year-end review/compilation working paper files

  8. Provide support and backup to other staff and management
