We are also a member of BC Hydro Alliance of Energy Professionals and are a Registered Civil Contractor for BC Hydro. Our growing company fosters innovation, cross-team collaboration, and professional development in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. We're currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Jr. Engineer / Jr. Project Manager to join our team and support our expanding project portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world hands-on electrical and engineering experience while working alongside experienced professionals—including our Vancouver-based engineering partner.

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical load calculations to support engineering designs and upgrades

Create detailed technical reports and documentation for client-facing use and BC Hydro compliance

Participate in field site walks to gather data, assess conditions, and support system planning

Work closely with our project management and Engineering Team to ensure information alignment and accuracy

Assist in the data input and visualization process, including PDF creation, markups, charts, and photos

Collaborate across departments to support project execution, admin flow, and communication

Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements and project planning

Qualifications

Prior enrollment in classes relating to Engineering, Electrical Installation, Project Management or Related Field and Office Experience Preferred.

Strong understanding of load calculations, technical documentation, field data collection, Canadian Electrical Code, and Electrical Distribution is an asset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentStrong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel & Word); familiarity with Bluebeam, PDF editing software is an asset.

Willingness to work both in the office and on active job sites (PPE will be provided, when required)
