**The Role**: _Project Coordinator_
Our newest position, **Project Coordinator**, is the perfect fit for someone with 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management within construction or trades. Based in our Coquitlam office, this role will work closely with multiple divisions and field technicians to help bring every project across the finish line.

**What You’ll Tackle**:

- Keep projects running smoothly with documentation control, including daily reports, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, billing, and timesheets.
- Partner with Managing Partners to track all project costs for materials, labor, and sub-trades.
- Support Field Leads with work plan packages, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractor operations.
- Supervise field operations, creating efficient schedules and coordinating site activities.
- Assist in procurement, from ordering materials to tracking deliveries and supplies.
- Collaborate in estimation and quotations.
- Serve as an internal point of contact for customer inquiries and provide top-tier support.

- 1-3 years of project coordination or management experience in a construction or trade setting.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Great communicator with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Proactive problem-solver ready to support a fast-paced, growing team.
