Graphic Designer
with a focus on
pre-press production
to our growing crew.

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer on our production team, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality artwork for print and fabrication. Working closely with our Lead Designer and Project Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience while helping ensure our projects are ready to go from screen to production floor-smoothly and accurately.

What You'll Do

Prepress Preparation

  • Create clean, precise proofs and mockups for client review and approval.
  • Ensure every file meets technical requirements before hitting the production line.

Artwork Setup

  • Prepare detailed prepress files, including color correction, scaling, bleed setup, and print optimization.
  • Tailor files to meet the needs of various output devices like printers, plotters, and cutters.

File Management

  • Maintain organized, version-controlled files using MINOH's file standards.
  • Archive projects efficiently for easy access and consistency.

Production Support

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure artwork meets brand and production standards.
  • Make layout revisions and adjustments based on real-time feedback from our production team.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with designers, project managers, and production staff to keep projects moving on time and on spec.
  • Share ideas, solve problems, and contribute to a culture of creativity and precision.

What We're Looking For

Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
  • Basic 3D modeling knowledge is a bonus (but not required)

  • Incredible attention to detail and a sharp eye for accuracy
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Well-organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines

Additional Information

  • Location: This is an on-site position at our production facility. Remote work options are not available for this role.
