**JOB SUMMARY**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic social media plans across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok
- Design high-quality visuals for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and other creative content
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across social media platforms
- Track and measure social media performance and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure brand consistency and high-quality content
- Assist with other digital marketing and graphic design tasks as needed

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe suite and social media publishing platforms.
- Strong graphic design and motion graphics portfolio
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadline
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design
