We specialize in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and heat pump installations — and we're looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

  • Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from bid through close-out
  • Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, foremen, and technicians
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and submittal management
  • Conduct and lead site meetings while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Monitor quality and safety standards across job sites
  • Prepare and process change orders, RFIs, and progress reports
  • Identify cost efficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC and/or plumbing
  • Red Seal Plumber or Refrigeration Technician certification (asset, not mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, change order management, and construction documentation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
