Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join the small finance team at our Carp Airport location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and performing general administrative tasks.

Accounting support duties include:

  • Data entry of vendor invoices in Sage accounting software
  • Processing of weekly cheque runs
  • Employee expense report processing
  • Collection/matching of credit card receipts

General office duties include:

  • Answering calls and greeting visitors
  • Filing documents
  • Ordering of office supplies and mail delivery/pickup/sorting
  • Vehicle fleet plate renewal & fuel card administration
  • Other general office duties as required

Requirements

  • Accounts Payable processing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Sage accounting software would be considered an asset, but is not required
