We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our vibrant property management team. Customer Interaction:

  1. Serve as point of contact for Owners and Tenants, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests promptly. Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing Owners and Customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.

  2. Responsible for the 2nd Queue phone line.

  3. Assist with complaints and conflict resolution and escalate issues to the Property Manager as needed. (General Complains: seasonal, parking, pest control, among others)

  4. Contribute to being on call and on the emergency line (after hours, including weekends)

Processing and Office administrative support:

  1. Assist to Property Manager with the administrative activities related to PM services. Including closing or reverting No Shows once completed.

  2. Coordinate pest control services among contractors, owners and tenants.

  3. Perform move in & out inspection and coordinate the action related (system, notification, quote or requests owner's approval)

  4. Assist in keeping the renovation scheduling sheet updated to be able to dispatch urgent, critical or important services.

  5. Coordinate Dump runs.

  6. Coordinate and provide follow up resolution for Appliances Service requests.

  7. Create and update the parking maps for all properties.

  8. Perform and update all the spreadsheets related to:

a. Onboarding Process.

b. Seasonal Inspections and main activities (Fire Checks, Grass, Snow)

  1. Contribute with Marketing activities, including area signage, lease activities, among others.

  2. Contribute with key cutting for move ins.

Sales Support:

  1. Assist with social media inquiries and updates (Facebook and Company website)

  2. Manage social media accounts and respond to prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and/or tenants,

  3. Assist with leasing pictures and video for social media postings. (Update all the files and slack channels)

  4. Managing all single-family homes to duplexes, full processes.

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  5. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems (e.g., CRM, order management systems).

  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.

  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
