We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in London

Reporting to the Branch manager, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Proactively manage service agreements
  • Schedule appointment with customers
  • Dispatching service technicians on service calls
  • Maintain up-to-date information in the computer system
  • Regular follow-up of open service workorders to be scheduled
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Promote the products and services of the company, i.e. Service Plans
  • Provide prompt, excellent customer service and support via email, and phone calls daily.
  • Serve as the main and first point of contact for customer preventative maintenance and emergency service calls.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Service Coordinator position;
  • Post secondary education; Technical/Mechanical training considered an asset;
  • Proficient communication skills in French & English, by phone, email, and in person (English/French customer base and technicians);
  • Able to work autonomously and work well in a team environment;
  • Possess high level of motivation, initiative, and organizational skills;
  • Accomplished multi-tasker with ability to prioritize and strive under pressure;
  • Familiar with Windows (Excel), POS Systems, AX.
