Ajisen Ramen Canada is entering an exciting period of rapid expansion. With 13 existing locations and multiple new stores scheduled to open, we're looking for a District Manager who can grow with us and help shape the future of our brand.
This is a high-impact leadership role where General Managers report directly to you. You'll oversee daily operations across the district, coach and develop store leaders, ensure consistent execution of brand standards, and be heavily involved in new store openings - including training new managers and helping build high-performing teams from day one.
