District Manager Job Description The District Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a group of retail stores. The District Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer service, and manage costs. The District Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training employees, and providing them with the resources they need to be successful.
