We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **District Manager** to oversee our locations in the **Greater Toronto Area (Toronto & Mississauga)**. Our District Manager will be responsible for driving our standards of excellence in showroom operations and customer experience. This individual will have to achieve business goals across multiple showrooms. This role requires a leader with strong management skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in multi-unit management. It creates an environment where excellence and _joie de vivre_ meet. **WHAT WE NEED** Working under the Sales Director, the District Manager’s key responsibilities will be: - Leadership & Team Management_ - Lead, mentor and motivate different teams through clear communication to achieve their goals. - Foster a positive and productive work environment across all locations. - Conduct hiring interviews and support employees during their onboarding. - Conduct performance assessments and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement. - Conduct monthly 1 on 1 with the individual of your teams. - Resolve conflicts and handle any issues that arise within the district promptly and effectively. - Be the resource person for the team for all questions. - Plan and create meetings with your teams. - Sales management_ - Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales target and improve client experience. - Monitor performance across all locations of the district. - Work with the Sales Director and the Head Office to develop sales initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. - Participate in annual management meetings. - Provide sales coaching to all teams. - Operational excellence_ - Ensure smooth overall day-to-day store operations. - Ensure daily communication with our suppliers. - Ensure all shops comply with company policies and procedures. - Implement effective inventory management strategies. - Manage schedules efficiently to ensure optimal staffing - Networking_ - Foster relationships with local business communities and chambers of commerce. - Participate in community events and initiatives to boost brand visibility. - Develop partnership and sponsorship. - Organize in-store events. - Customer experience_ - Exceed client expectations through "made-to-measure" customer service. - Provide expert guidance on style, fashion, fabric, and fit. - Assist clients during the fitting process. - Resolve customer complaints. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clientele. **WHAT WE OFFER** - Annual salary tailored to your experience and expertise. - Sales commission & district performance bonus. - 3-week vacation allowance to recharge (equivalent to 6% of your full-time yearly salary). - $1100 clothing allowance every six months. - 60% employee discount on everything. - Group savings & insurance programs (after a 3-month probation period). - Computer. - Cellphone allocation. - Commitment to continuous training and career development. - A valid Canadian driver’s licence. - Ability to move between our GTA stores (Mississauga, Toronto). - Experience managing and developing a district. - Experience in developing and supporting teams. - Team-oriented and a willingness to share goals and knowledge. - Strong sales skills and a track record in the fashion industry. - A proactive approach with a drive to exceed expectations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent communication abilities. - Effective time management and organizational skills. - Experience in customer service, preferably in retail (a plus). - Knowledge of men’s fashion or made-to-measure garments (a plus). - Proficiency with Google Suite (a plus). **YOU WOULD LOVE THIS JOB IF** - You’re passionate about fashion and thr
