Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Interior General Contractor specializing in large-scale corporate interior projects across commercial office, workplace, and tenant-improvement environments. They are known for delivering complex projects with a strong focus on quality, client relationships, and collaborative teamwork.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and Site team across multiple high-value interior construction projects ($10M+). This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced working in fast-paced commercial interiors environments.

You will play a key role in documentation control, subcontractor coordination, scheduling support, budgeting assistance, and day-to-day project administration.

Key Responsibilities

Project Documentation & Coordination

  • Support project delivery across multiple corporate interior projects ($10M+)
  • Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and Meeting Minutes
  • Maintain project documentation and drawing logs
  • Assist with specifications, tender packages, and contract administration
  • Coordinate information flow between office, site, consultants, and trades

Financial & Schedule Support

  • Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, and progress billings
  • Support procurement, purchase orders, and material tracking
  • Help monitor schedules and milestone deliverables

Subcontractor & Client Communication

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Support project meetings and follow-up action items
  • Assist in preparing client reports and project status updates

Site & Team Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Manager and Site Superintendent
  • Help ensure project documentation aligns with company standards and safety requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator
    in construction
  • Experience in
    corporate interiors / commercial tenant improvements
    is required
  • Background supporting
    large-scale projects ($10M+ preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes
  • Proficiency with:
  • MS Project or similar scheduling tools
  • Bluebeam, Procore, or related construction software
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
