About this Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT and business transformation projects, offering a chance to work directly with project managers, technical teams, and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field who is eager to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of internal and client projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and documentation.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., , MS Project, Asana, Planner, or similar).
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in technology, business transformation, or IT project coordination.

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role (including co-op or volunteer experience) is an asset.
