Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in renovations repair and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage time wisely, and ensure high-quality workmanship in all projects.

Duties

  • Perform general renovation and repairs on residential properties, including drywall, plastering, carpentry, and painting tasks.
  • Install fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, and appliances as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention or repair.
  • Respond promptly to service requests from clients and communicate effectively regarding project timelines and requirements.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members on larger projects or when specialized skills are required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry, and general renovation repair techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
