Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated Renovation Helper to join our team. As a Renovation Helper, you will work closely with our skilled tradespeople to assist in various renovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about construction, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with demolition, construction, and renovation tasks as directed by the project manager or lead tradesperson.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
  • Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing to ensure a safe and productive environment.
  • Follow established safety protocols and regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the project.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or renovation preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
