Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, renovating, and improving various apartment units and to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. This role requires a versatile individual capable of handling a wide range of construction tasks with efficiency and professionalism. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and problem-solving skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general renovations and construction tasks across the facility, including carpentry, drywall, tiles and painting.
  • Respond promptly to renovation/construction requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist with setup and teardown for special projects as needed.
  • Document repairs and maintenance activities for record-keeping purposes.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a construction handyman or in a similar renovation role preferred.
  • Skilled in multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall/plastering, tiles, or painting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and maintaining the functionality of facilities through diverse repair tasks. Candidates should demonstrate versatility, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
