We're seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist who embodies professionalism, precision, and positivity.

Please Note:

Applicants must hold a valid Level 2 Dental Assistant license and have formal front desk / office administration training. Candidates without both qualifications will not be considered.

What You'll Do

You'll be the welcoming heartbeat of our clinic — supporting both our clinical and administrative teams while ensuring every patient's journey is smooth, warm, and unforgettable.

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Manage appointments efficiently, balancing treatment plans and clinical priorities.
• Handle patient communications — in person, by phone, and by email — with clarity and empathy.
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims accurately.
• Manage billing, payments, and patient records with discretion and detail.
• Support chairside procedures, sterilization, and treatment preparation as a Level 2 Dental Assistant.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless patient flow and a positive environment.
• Keep the front desk and operatory spaces organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data integrity.

What You Bring

• Level 2 Dental Assistant certification (mandatory)
• Office administration / front desk training (mandatory)
• Proven experience in both clinical assisting and dental reception
• Proficiency in TRACKER or similar dental software
• Strong communication skills — articulate, professional, and kind
• The ability to multitask under pressure with poise and positivity
• A patient-centered mindset and a genuine love for helping people smile
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professional appearance and unwavering integrity
