Our client is seeking a friendly, energetic, mature and responsible Dental Receptionist/DA (prefer)/Floater to join their Dental practice.

POSITION:
  • Experienced Dental Receptionist (2+ years Canadian experience)
  • Dental Floating experience/Steri-IPAC certificate
  • Dental Assistant experience (preferred)
  • Availability to move into a more responsible role
 
SOFTWARE: Tracker & LiveDDM software  

LOCATION: Toronto (Mainly Spadina/Queen- no parking) & (Bloor/Bathurst-parking available)

HOURS: Mon & Tues 8-4, Weds & Thurs 9-5

COMPENSATION: $28-$32 depending on experience and performance JOB OVERVIEW:
  • Greeting and booking appointments
  • Doing predeterminations, dealing with insurance companies
  • Processing payments
  • Floating-set up rooms, keeping steri area moving
  • Ensuring infection control protocols are met at all times and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
  • Helping Hygienists as needed
  • Assisting the dentist with procedures when needed (preferred but not necessary)
  • Must have excellent command of English language, spoken and written
  • Ability to communicate all concerns to dentist
  • Takes direction well and follows through with all tasks assigned
  • Helping in the future with ordering, monthly schedule, payroll and more
