Dental Receptionist
on a full-time
time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Our goal is to be known as a dental clinic that delivers outstanding patient experiences by combining advanced digital dental technology with warm, hospitality-driven service in a thoughtfully designed environment. We're dedicated to practicing sustainable digital dentistry while maintaining the highest standards of care. Through genuine relationships and a commitment to excellence, we strive to make a lasting positive impact on our patients and the community.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

  • Full-time permanent employment

SCHEDULE:

  • hours per week
  • 5 Days of the week
  • Weekends availability is a must

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent or Tracker is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
