FRONT-LOAD WASTE DISPOSAL DRIVER:

Responsible for the safe operation of an automated front load truck when picking up garbage according to a pre-assigned route and the transport of waste to a disposal site. It is mandatory that the successful applicant has highly skilled driving abilities, the ability to pay attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

The listed job duties are intended to describe the general nature of work performed and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities and duties.

Complete regular safety inspections and maintenance on truck.

Drive with safety and skill to prevent accidents and delays.

Pickup waste and recyclable materials and dump at disposal sites.

Maintain excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner.

Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.

Follow all required safety policies and procedures and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Class 1 License or a Class 3 License with air

Must provide a commercial drivers abstract that is not more than 30 days old.

EXPERIENCE:

Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum of 1 year experience in the waste disposal industry.

START DATE:

Pay: $21.63-$34.65 per hour
