The Dot Canada is a virtual psychotherapy clinic founded in Collingwood, Ontario. We serve clients across Canada through secure video and telephone sessions. Our work is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on trauma therapy, couples counselling, ADHD, maternal mental health and other concerns.

We're currently growing our clinical team and are looking for an EMDR and/or Somatic Therapist who values depth, embodiment, and long-term work.

What you'll do

  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy to clients across Canada via secure video and telephone.
  • Bring a humanistic, embodied, and relational approach to clinical work.
  • Participate in case consultation and contribute to a supportive clinical community.
  • Option to design or co-facilitate therapy groups and courses over time.

What you bring

  • Training and experience in EMDR and/or Somatic Therapy (e.g., Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy).
  • A grounded, empathetic presence and comfort working virtually.
  • Registration in good standing with at least one of the following:
  • CRPO as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
  • A provincial psychology college as a Psychologist

Assets (not required):

  • Training in humanistic, relational, or body-based modalities.
  • Experience working with teens.
  • Couples counselling training.
