The Mama Healing Hub is a therapist-led, virtual membership community for mothers. We are rooted in somatic, attachment-informed, relational, and trauma-aware principles.

This is not a passive content platform, an influencer brand, or a hustle-driven membership. The Hub exists to support nervous-system regulation, relational repair, identity shifts, and sustainable motherhood — inside a carefully held, ethically grounded community.

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst / Growth Strategist who can help us expand with integrity, discernment, and long-term sustainability, without compromising the therapeutic heart of the work.

+ Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, community insight, and ethical decision-making.

You will be responsible for understanding what is working, what is not, and why — and translating that understanding into clear, thoughtful recommendations that support sustainable revenue, strong retention, and community health.

This is not a role for someone interested in fast wins, aggressive funnels, or extractive tactics. It is a role for someone who can hold nuance, work relationally with data, and see growth as something that must be earned through trust and resonance.

+ Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Analysis

  • Analyze acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion data to identify meaningful growth opportunities
  • Assess what is resonating with members — and what is not — with depth and context
  • Track trends over time, not just spikes or short-term performance
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership

Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and support aligned partnerships (therapists, creators, authors, organizations, platforms)
  • Assess partnership fit based on values, audience overlap, and long-term impact — not just reach
  • Help shape collaboration strategies that feel relational, ethical, and mutually beneficial

Member Feedback & Community Insight

  • Design systems to gather qualitative and quantitative member feedback
  • Synthesize community insights into patterns leadership can meaningfully act on
  • Help ensure decisions are informed by lived experience, not just metrics

Product & Offering Strategy

  • Identify and validate potential new offerings or expansions
  • Analyze under-utilized or misaligned products and recommend strategic shifts
  • Support decision-making around what to grow, refine, pause, or sunset

Ethical Revenue Growth

  • Support sustainable revenue growth that aligns with therapeutic values
  • Balance business needs with nervous-system awareness, trust, and community care
  • Help protect the integrity of the Hub as it scales

+ Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven track record in growth strategy, marketing analysis, or business strategy
  • This role requires demonstrated results — ideally experience contributing to 5× growth within a small or mid-sized portfolio
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear narrative and direction
  • Experience managing or influencing a marketing budget
  • Technical fluency in growth metrics, funnels, and performance analysis
  • Ability to communicate clearly across creative, relational, and analytical domains
