We see youth, adults, couples, and Indigenous people in BC, Alberta, Ontario and beyond. You will have freedom the admin side of operating your private practice, competitive rates, and the schedule of your choice to meet your lifestyle needs. **ABOUT YOU**:

- You are passionate about continued learning and excellence in your work with clients. You are very comfortable with learning new tech platforms and responsive with virtual communication. You are available for 15 client sessions/wk, over 3 days, plus any time spent charting.

**CLASSIFICATION**: Part-Time self-employed contractor

**REIMBURSEMENT**: Fee-split model, paid monthly.

**HOURS**: Minimum 3 days per week (about 5 sessions/day). Saturday or evening availability preferred to start off. 20min free consultation spots for prospective clients; one monthly team meeting.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Masters degree in a counselling or social work related field from Canada or US
- Experience in counselling (ie: minimum masters level practicum)
- RCC or RSW registration in British Columbia
- Available for three full days/wk (15-20 sessions per week) or more
- Comfortable addressing client trauma
- Three references (two clinical)
- Clear Criminal Record Check within past year (vulnerable sector, obtained at local station)
- Competence & comfort using electronic software and communication platforms

Pay: $93.00-$105.00 per hour
