Line Cook / Cook – Hankki Korean Street Food

* Location: Calgary Farmers' Market West (25 Greenbriar Dr NW, Calgary, AB)

Hankki is a fast-paced and friendly Korean street food vendor located inside Calgary Farmers' Market West. We're currently looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook or Cook to join our growing team

Whether you have previous kitchen experience or you're eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. We provide full training and a supportive work environment.

  • Position Details

  • Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Fixed Opening Shift)

  • Market Hours: Wednesday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM / Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Closed: Monday & Tuesday
  • Wage: Starting at $17/hour + tips (after training)

  • * A wage increase is possible based on performance.

  • What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook Korean street food items

  • Keep your workstation clean and organized
  • Provide friendly customer service when needed
  • Follow Alberta Health standards for food safety and sanitation
  • Help with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning

  • Work efficiently during busy times (especially lunch and dinner hours)

  • What We're Looking For

  • You must currently reside in Canada and hold a valid work permit or visa

  • Some experience in kitchens or customer service is an asset (but not required)
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

  • Open to learning and taking feedback
