Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable / Parts Coordinator to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role will support the accounting department with receivables management while assisting the parts department with coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record accounts receivable transactions, including posting payments and reconciling customer accounts
  • Generate invoices, statements, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Assist with daily cash reconciliation
  • Provide administrative support to the Parts Department, including order processing, inventory updates, and vendor communication
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure accuracy in billing and parts records
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation for both accounting and parts
  • Assist with month-end reporting and other projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping (automotive dealership experience considered an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Experience with PBS/other dealership software is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and a team-oriented mindset
