Timberwolf Forest Products, located at 7781 Howard Avenue, Amherstburg, ON, Canada, is seeking a hard working individual to join our recycled pallet division . This is a full-time, permanent onsite opportunity offering 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $20-$25, perfect for individuals eager to begin or grow their career in manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Oversee and execute efficient order fulfillment processes.
  • Manage warehouse logistics to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Operate forklifts safely and effectively for material handling.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with management.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in all tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Completed High School education.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (Entry/Junior Level).
  • Demonstrated ability in Order Fulfillment and Logistics.
  • Certified Forklift Operator or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and proactivity.
  • Fluency in English.
